About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

In-Store Operations Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations of all cafe locations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Implement and maintain operational standards to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize performance.
Conduct regular store visits to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth and operational excellence.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to inform business strategies.
Collaborate with senior management to set business goals and objectives.
Marketing and Brand Development:

Lead marketing initiatives to promote the cafe brand and attract new customers.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and partnerships to boost brand visibility.
Utilize social media and other digital platforms to enhance customer engagement.
New Product Development (NPD):

Identify opportunities for new product offerings and innovations.
Collaborate with the product development team to create and launch new beverages and menu items.
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to guide NPD efforts.
Human Resources Management:

Recruit, train, and manage staff across all locations to ensure high performance and retention.
Implement effective HR policies and practices to foster a positive work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
Financial Management:

Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to improve profitability.
Prepare regular financial reports for senior management review.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a cafe or restaurant chain.

  • Proven track record in business development, operations management, and strategic planning.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.

  • Fluent in Thai and English.

  • Willingness to travel nationwide as required.
