About the Role

1. Full spectrum of Marketing Development of responsive brand or brand portfolio, mainly on Product development,
Communication development and Go-to-market planning and execution)
1.1 Product Development
- Lead the development of product innovation pipeline by leveraging insights and analytics according to brand’s strategy
to hit sales & market share objectives of the brand(s).
- Lead the development of new products from product concept, packaging design, brief to NPD team, product-related test
planning and execution, launch plan including marketing & communication and selling plans & implementation in market,
with support from NPD team, TER, Designer, Demand Forecast & Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales team.
- Lead generating all product & marketing claimson pack & on marketing materials that comply to FDA Regulation mainly
of Thailand, and responsible for successful product registration, with support from TER/RA team.
- Constantly assess and report assessment on Beautycare industry trends, Competition / competitive landscape, Digital
marketing landscape, and retail landscape related or impactful to the responsive brand(s)’s business.
- Assess the new category expansion opportunity for the brand that fits with strategic direction of the brand.
- Monitor and update skincare trends across regions - Thailand, ASEAN, North Asia, USA including new products, new
consumer habits/insights, new competitors to identify opportunities for future NPDs for the responsible portfolio.
1.2 Communication Development & Go-to-Market Plan
- Define and implement marketing mix strategy / 4P for each NPD launch to win in market and deliver 100% to sales target.
- Develop communication plan for all channels (offline + online) i.e. Brand VDO, Product KV, POSM.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing, Digital Creative and Designer to develop packaging artwork and communication
artwork for NPD launch under responsive brand(s).
- Work closely with Sales team to ensure successful launch plan.
- Track NPD and marketing campaign launch resultsand market share.
1.3 Brand Activation & Branded Social Media Activation
- Responsible for creating and implementing brand activation plan with excellence.
- Manage content and asset for Branded digital marketing platforms (Facebook, IG, Website, LINE@, Marketplace).
1.4 Trade Marketing work will be assigned on a case-by-case basis
2. Budget Management
- Responsible for management including planning, implementing, and monitoring on marketing spending of responsive
brand(s) efficiently to deliver sales and/or marketing KPI targets and within approved Budget
- Drivesales forecast accuracy of responsive brand(s)

- Able to spend extra time especially during event seasons and campaign promotions.


 Specifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 5years of experience in Marketing, Trade marketing or category management, within the FMCG industry, preferably

in Beauty, healthcare, or consumer goods.

- Experience in Brand/Product communication development, marketing operation and brand performance analysis is a MUST.

- Good knowledge and experience with Digital Marketing is a MUST

- Good and effective computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with ERP system familiarity is an advantage.

- Excellent communication skill both Thai and English
